Anyone have any info or tips on troubleshooting a VAL com 760 TSO radio? It receives just fine but will not transmit. It is wired into a Sigtronics Sporty 200 intercom system.

You've probably already checked this, but I had a similar issue with a VAL and it turned our to a broken PTT wire. Copilot side was fine, that's what tipped me off to a wiring issue.
I haven't bought the most expensive PTT switches either, and have several of them go belly up. Maybe a flying buddy has one you can borrow to check it out. Jim Chuk
Thanks but I can't transmit on either side! I will start with the wiring and PTT switches first. It is always humid here in SE. Hopefully something simple! I would rather spend the money on Gas!
