These planes sure are fun!
We still are at -32 this morning. Hopefully spring will be here soon for us!
Looks like you are having a blast.
Hey Paul, I know you want to fly to Alaska and experience real winter. Maybe when my fox is finished, I can "ferry" you and your plane across Canada to get past the medical issue with my wife following in our kitfox. I'll log the PIC to get around the legal system but you can fly the whole thing. Once we get to Alaska, I will jump back in with Nat. Maybe we can buzz around the state with two kitfoxes.
Guy's,
I don't mean to rain on your parade but:
Just learned in GS that we as Canadian private pilots are not permitted to fly a U.S.A registered aircraft in Canadian airspace. We need to have a U.S.A license to fly a U.S.A registered aircraft in Canadian airspace.
Hey Kurt. The TC to FAA conversion is a pretty straight forward process. I have been meaning to do it so all I need is a good excuse! Thanks for the input though!
Where have I been flying though? This is me taxing out after leaving the Lac La Biche fly in. They build an ice runway every year for one weekend. There were about 30 planes there when I showed up. 4300X130' rwy with taxiways, apron, etc.
