  1. Thanks for your feedback Jeff. I appreciate it! Bob
  2. Hey Bob. Sorry that I don't check my forum messages too often. I love my Jab 3300. It is #2223. A hydraulic lifter model. I use Sonex cooling tins and an Aeroinjector. It has a 64in (if I remember correct) Sensenich ground adjustable prop. The plane gets off the ground well but cruises quite easily at 110mph. I have 200hrs on it with no problems. It sounds great as you well know and is much smother than a 100hp rotax. The engine came with the purchase so I used it knowing that I could go back to a Rotax if needed. The kit also came with a Skyfox cowl for a Jabiru 2200 which I lengthened to fit the 3300. You can see that the ail cooler sticks out of the bottom of the cowl. This cowl is much smaller than the standard kitfox cowl and also contributes to the good speed as well. I can be contacted at flyslow2@juno.com if you want more info or pictures. Jeff
  3. Hi Jeff,
I see that you at running a Jabiru 3300. I am building a 7SS and have a low time CAMit / Jabiru 3300 that is currently installed in my Sonex. How is your plane performing. If you did it all over would you still use the Jabiru.
    Thanks,
    Bob
