On the ground at Anggruk. This was probably my most challenging strip out of hundreds.

On landing you had about 150' at the beginning of the strip with 6% slope to make your touchdown. After that it dropped away at -2%, which is VERY difficult to land on if you missed the first part. The last 200' of the strip went to 24% up slope. The timing of speed, brakes, power and momentum was critical to get to the flat parking area at the top. There is over 200' difference in elevation between the ends of the airstrip. On takeoff you went downslope 24% initially, which was quite a rush, like a roller coaster! Then exactly at the end of the strip you had to immedialtly bank to 45 degrees and make about a 135 degree right turn to follow the river downstream as it was impossible to out climb the rising terrain to the left. There were times at our max takeoff weight that the plane was descending as you made this turn because came out of ground effect and hadn't accelerated to Vx yet.
